Ms. Glenys Tilley, Certificate #277
The Newfoundland and Labrador Psychology Board hereby advises the public that Ms. Glenys Tilley (NLPB certificate #277) appeared before an adjudication tribunal on November 26, 2018.
This statutory notice arises out of a complaint brought by the Registrar of the Newfoundland and Labrador Psychology Board against Ms. Tilley pursuant to Section 18. (3)(b) of the Psychologists Act 2005. A hearing was held in St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador, November 26, 2018. Ms. Tilley was a duly registered psychologist at the time of the events which were the subject of the Complaint, but has since retired from active practice.
THE ADJUDICATION TRIBUNAL HEREBY ORDERED, pursuant to s. 22 of the Psychologists Act. 2005, S.N.L. 2005 c. P-34.l that:
- The Respondent be reprimanded pursuant to Section 22(2)(a);
- In the event that the Respondent seeks to re-register as a Psychologist she will have to engage in a continuous education program with respect to the preparation of Parenting Capacity Assessment Reports pursuant to s.22(2)(g)(v);
- There shall be no order as to costs.
