Document Deadlines
Incomplete Application:
- Documents for incomplete applications will be valid for 12 months from the date of receipt of the application
- All required application documentation for an application must be received within 12 months of receipt of the application and application fee.
Approved application:
- Approval is valid for 12 months from the date of Board approval of the application
Documents (references, etc.) related to an application are valid for 12 months from receipt of the application
- References have been acceptable beyond 12 months if the referee confirms that he/she wishes their original reference to stand.
AIT applicants
- Submit fees and proof of insurance within 30 days of notification of acceptance.
- All other documentation must be submitted no later than December 31 of the current year
- Must maintain their registration in their current jurisdiction until they are entered on the register in Newfoundland and Labrador.
Failure to meet these deadlines will result in an application being considered null and void and an applicant may be required to submit a new application which will be considered under the application guidelines in effect at the time of this application.
